What happens

The group meets, warms up together and sets off, with a choice of distances. Stretching follows. It is part of a programme that takes people from their first kilometre towards a half marathon.

Anyone who wants to run with others. It is aimed at beginners and open to experienced runners too.

Every Tuesday evening in the park, and Thursday evenings on the track.

How you join

Register for the run you want on their events page, then turn up at the meeting point. For the track session the organizers approve registrations.

Where

Tuesdays in King Mihai I Park (Herăstrău), meeting at the Charles de Gaulle statue. Thursdays at the Lia Manoliu athletics track.
